Hailey’s Horsemanship has openings!
The goal of Hailey’s Horsemanship LLC is to foster a safe, respectful, and uplifting environment for the mental and physical well-being of both horse and client. Our focus is on developing well-rounded, ethical horsepeople through hands-on learning and consistent engagement.
Lessons may include a blend of:
•Groundwork (unmounted exercises with the horse)
•Riding (walk, trot, and canter, based on rider readiness)
•Equine care and education (equipment handling, anatomy, veterinary/farrier topics, body language, etc.)
Our program emphasizes participation in all aspects of horsemanship, not just riding, to build trust, understanding, and skill.
Our lesson philosophy
Lesson Information:
Unmounted lessons are a vital part of our program and are equally valuable as riding time. These sessions may include groundwork, tack handling, equine behavior and communication, grooming, anatomy, and more. They are designed to build confidence, awareness, and a deeper understanding of horsemanship—skills that directly improve a student’s success in the saddle. We encourage clients to treat unmounted lessons with the same importance as mounted ones, as they are an intentional and integral part of the learning process.
30-minute lesson ($85): For clients who benefit from shorter sessions due to age, stamina, or focus. May include groundwork, riding, or horsemanship activities, based on instructor discretion.
60-minute lesson ($100): Our standard format for students aged 5+, offering a well-rounded experience tailored to each rider’s goals and current skill level.
90-minute lesson ($120): Available for clients who have demonstrated consistency and readiness to deepen their skills. Offered at instructor discretion.
